BESPOKE ORDERS

WHAT IS BESPOKE/CUSTOM MILLINERY?

Bespoke or Custom Millinery is when the hat or headpiece is made to measure just for you, to your specifications.

A one of a kind, to enhance your facial features and compliment your outfit.

Inspiration can come from one of Debbie's existing designs and given it’s own personality or created entirely from the first initial design concept to suit your style and features.

ORDERING A BESPOKE DESIGN?

Debbie believes that you shouldn’t have to settle for something that isn’t quite right for you, or your outfit.

Ordering a bespoke design means you can be involved in the design process creating a beautiful hat or headpiece just for you, allowing your personality and individualism shine through.

The best way to have a bespoke design created is to make an appointment for an initial consultation to discuss your ideas, millinery materials, colours and design concepts at Debbie’s studio.

If you are not sure what you would like, Debbie’s experience can guide you and suggest designs that will compliment you and your outfit for the occasion.

If you are unable to come into the studio bespoke designs can easily be arranged and discussed by email, phone or through a Skype appointment.

It is ideal that you bring along or supply a picture of yourself, your outfit, fabric swatch or reference ideas to assist in the design process.

Once the design is agreed and to commence your order, a 50% deposit is required and final payment due on or before delivery. Your design may be collected from the studio or mailed for a fee (refer to shipping terms here).

During the design process Debbie will keep you informed of the progress by emailing photos for your input and to make changes (if possible) should you require.

While Debbie would love to accept all bespoke requests, unfortunately during peak season (mid August – November), unfortunately there is a limit as to how many bespoke orders she can accept and suggests you enquire early to avoid disappointment.
