Orders will usually take 2 –- 5 weeks depending on the design and trimmings from receipt of payment. To avoid disappointment it is advisable to take into consideration when ordering for special occasions or high peak times such as Spring Racing Season.


Urgent orders can be undertaken depending on orders already in production at the time of your order. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for this service.


In the event that designs are in stock these can be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Enquiries will need to be made to ensure they are in stock.




Yes, definitely. This is the advantage of purchasing handcrafted designs and giving them your individual flair. Please liaise with Debbie by email, on the Contact Us page, or phone to discuss your requirements. Depending on the materials and trimmings used there may be a price variation.




If you own a hat that you love, but feel it is a bit outdated or just doesn’t quite match it may be possible to re-styled or re-trimmed. Although some hats may not be suitable to be reshaped, Debbie will be happy to assess it and discuss your requirements with you.


If your hat sweat band has deteriorated or your brim has developed the flops or has a few dents in it? Debbie will be happy to assess your hat and will let you know the best course of repair to bring it back to its crowning glory.




Designs on our online e-Boutique or bespoke orders are available for interstate and overseas clients and may be purchased through the website. For bespoke orders please liaise with Debbie through our Contact Us page.




Designs are shipped via Australia Post. Customers should ensure their delivery address details are complete and accurate. Debbie Kelly Millinery is not liable for incorrect delivery addresses supplied at the time of purchase.


Delivery within Australia is a flat rate of $35.00.  In the event that shipping is less than the flat rate, the difference will be refunded to you.  Delivery will be via Express Post and usually 1 - 3 days depending on your location. An email will be sent advising you that your design has been lodged with Australia Post for shipment together with a tracking number.


Overseas orders, are shipped International Express Post via Australia Post. Depending on which country you are located delivery may take 2-3 weeks (including custom clearances).


We are not responsible for any undelivered designs where the client has given an insufficient or incorrect mailing address.

Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure of your home country's customs and import duties we recommend you contact your local customs office for any current charges before you order.


Please note we cannot be held responsible for packages which are delayed, lost or stolen in the transit. In the event that a shipment has been returned to Debbie Kelly Millinery due to an incorrect delivery address being given, costs associated with re-shipment will be the customer's responsibility.


Please keep in mind shipping times do not include production times.
